Before purchasing or returning any items at DesignerFab.com, please make sure to read our Return Policy below. Some manufacturers do not accept returns so please make sure to call us or email us before purchasing a product you are unsure of. There are items that are non-returnable or requires a 25% restocking fee so please make sure to contact us if you are unsure of the product.
You may return eligible products you have ordered from DesignerFab.com within 15 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page. Please see exceptions below.
Please make sure to email info@DesignerFab.com before purchasing or returning any item(s) to us. Our Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request first before sending back the item to us otherwise we will refuse receiving the package without a Return Authorization Number or RAN. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and the address where to send it back to. You are responsible for shipping the returned item to us.
IMPORTANT: All eligible returns require pre-authorization. Please note that any items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed.
If your item is returnable, please note that items arriving after the 15 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
We are unable to accept returns when:
Items have been used or installed
Items are not in their original packaging
Missing parts or instruction sheets
Some items are subject to a Restocking Fee so please make sure to check with us if you are planning to return a product before purchasing. Restocking Fee varies depending on the brand / manufacturer. Please email us at info@DesignerFab.com to check if the item you are considering is subject to a restocking fee prior to purchase.
Products Not Eligible For Returns
Please note the following items that are not eligible for returns and non-refundable:
Discounted items or Clearance Items. All purchases with discounts, or have used coupon discounts are final sale, and not eligible for return.
Personal accessories such as watches or wearable items are final sale, and not eligible for return.
Custom made furniture are final sale, and not eligible for return. Bikes are final sale, and not eligible for return.
Furniture such as Chairs, Recliners, Tables and Beds are final sale, and not eligible for return.
International Orders. We do not accept returns for international shipments.
Once you receive your order, please check it right away to see if it's damaged or in good condition.
If the delivered item(s) comes out damaged, please email us right away at info@DesignerFab.com together with your Order #, complete shipping info, and a picture(s) of the damage.
Once we received your email, we will request to ship you a replacement for the same item right away as long as it is in stock.
Refunds or DesignerFab.com Credits will be processed after the goods have been received. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75, but when you decide to return an item, we will deduct the actual shipping charges incurred in sending the item to you.
All products are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturers. If you have any questions about the warranty or want to make a claim and know the warranty cover for a particular product, please email us or call us. We will make sure to work with the manufacturer to work on your claim.

What items are considered for Free Shipping?
We offer FREE ground shipping within 48 continental United States on orders over $100. For orders less than $100, shipping will be calculated based on the final delivery location and weight of the item.
Please note that there are cases and some items that are not included in our Free Shipping program such as:
Oversize and Special Order items and Selected Manufacturers. We have clearly marked these items on our Product Page for easy shopping.
Expedited or Rush Shipment. When applicable, our Customer Care representative will provide you a separate costing for this kind of shipment.
Sales and Clearance Items.
How much does it cost to ship to my area?
Shipping costs depends on the item you choose, its size and weight and the location where it is going. The shipping costs for those items that are not included in our Free Shipping program will be noted in the individual product page.
Do you accept expedited Shipment requests?
We do accept requests for expedited shipment on some items. Please note that some of our products are directly imported from our manufacturers in Europe and there are some items that are made-to-order. We suggest that you e-mail us or call us if you need expedited shipment.
How do we ship your order?
The majority of items are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. We do not have a Saturday delivery option for these carriers. For larger items we may use specialized freight carriers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, the shipping costs are not automatically calculated during our checkout process. After you placed the order through our online store, our system will automatically generate an e-mail to you informing you that the shipping charges will be calculated separately. International shipping charges will be quoted depending on the item you purchased, its size, weight and final destination and we will wait for your approval on the quote before we ship them to you.
Please note that customers will be responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes and custom duties for international shipment.
When do you ship?
Shipping time varies depending on the item that you wish to order and its manufacturer. You will see in our product pages estimated delivery time for each product. If in case the product is on backorder and there will be delayed in shipment, our Customer Care representative will inform you promptly about the new estimated shipping date.
Shipping to Canada
Our goal is to provide you with the easiest and most economical shopping experience with us. We ship most of the items to Canada. The average delivery lead time to Canada is 7 to 10 business days. Some of our manufacturers are based in Canada and we will do our best to ship the items at the soonest time possible and cut-down on delivery time.
We offer free shipping to some items to Canada. Please make sure to check with us before you purchase any item(s) and your order may qualify for free shipping. We will work with you and help you with the shipping charges and work within your budget as much as we could.
Mode of Shipment
For small parcels, we use either FedEx or UPS. For large items, we use our trusted truck carriers. We will make sure to provide you with your shipping info as as soon as we have the tracking details of your order.
Customs & Taxes
When ordering with us, we don't collect international duties and taxes. Customs policies vary from country to country and your order may be subject to duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your destination. Please note that any additional duties and taxes will be borne by you. We suggest that you consult with us before making any purchase and we will work with you on this.
